The Official Forum Rules

1. You must be old enough to view "hentai" adult material.
   1. In most countries you must be 18 years old.
   2. In the Netherlands and some other European countries, you need to be at least 16 years old.
   3. In some parts of the world you need to be 21 years old.
   4. Due to new forum rules, people that sign up since November 2005 have to be 18 years or older.
2. Please act your age.
   1. Do not insult other forum members for any reason. This will not be tolerated and will be dealt with promptly. Moreover, do not try to be an asshole. If you don't have worthy contributions to make, please do not post at all.
   2. Moderators and Administrators will show the same respect to you, that you show to them.
3. Do not spam the forums.
   1. If you own a website, you may put a link to it in the signature in normal size font and if you would like to post a topic in "Hot Websites" , pm Numbus asking permission. Violations will either make you lose your right to have a signature or will lead to your threads being deleted. In extreme cases, you will be banned.
   2. Check to see if a site has been posted before. If a site is constantly posted (by members of the site or not) it will be counted as spam and promptly dealt with.
   3. Posting links to sites with referral IDs is forbidden unless special permission is given. This includes online role playing games, pyramid schemes, adult webmaster programs and other things. Anyone found violating this rule will be banned and will have their affiliate account reported.
4. Do not flood the forums.
   1. Do not flood forums with nonsense posts. The only time you may do this if there is a "forumpix" flame war already going on. Your posts will be deleted and you might be muted.
   2. Flooding requests will lead to an account ban and your topic to be locked. You may bump an old request two times.
   3. Flooding the forums to disrupt the proper operation of the forums will lead to an instant IP ban and notification of your ISP.
5. Do not troll the forums.
   1. Do not insult people because of their likes/dislikes. You may state your arguments and debate over why you agree or disagree but if you do, please do it politely. Keep the debate on the subject and don't shift it to debating over a person. Repeat violations of this will lead to you being muted.
   2. Do not insult people because of their race/skin color. This will lead to an instant account and IP ban.
   3. If the moderators tell you something, stick to it. If you do not, you will end up being banned. You may ask for an explanation and you must receive this from a moderator or administrator upon request.
6. You may not post certain types of content. This includes in particular:
   1. Anything concerning Euphoric Visions. (Not their content though)
   2. Releases from Doujin-World (www.doujin-world.com)
   3. Links or pictures of "shock sites" including, but not limited to, Tubgirl, Goatsce or Hai2u.
   4. Links to illegally obtain licensed anime/hentai movies or games.
   5. Links to obtain illegal access to commercial software ("warez") or information on how to circumvent registration systems ("serials", "keygens" or "cracks")
   6. Information or requests on obtaining access to an AVS website or to password protected websites. First time, your topic will be closed and any replies deleted. The second time, we will ban you.
   7. Links to members areas of websites.
   8. Anything else from the Forbidden List.
7. You may not Discuss these particular subject(s). This includes in particular:
   1. Due to a recent public statement of the real life preference concerning Pedophile behavior we have decided, to put a ban on publicly announcing such preferences.
      
      Including but not limited to: Stating such personal preference, Stating acting out on such behavior , Stating fantasizing about such preference and admitting owning such content that affiliates with such preference (that being Child Porn). All with the exception of the first mentioned will result in Forum IP ban and IP Report to the ISP.
      
      This rule is in effect on all forums, even non public ones and is only limited to the REAL LIFE attraction to minors. To make it clear, this rule does not extend itself towards Lolicon nor does this ban an open Discussion about Pedophiles or Pedophile behavior.
      
      Yes I am fully aware this might be consider an extremely hypocritical rule, however this is just the better solution for all parties involved.
8. If you are banned...
   1. If your IP was banned and you use a proxy to circumvent this ban, your ISP will be notified.
   2. If your account was deleted you may make another one ONCE. However, if you are underage, you may not make another account until you turn the legal age to do so. (See rule #1)
9. Signatures
   1. You may have one image in your signature but it may not be bigger than 580 (W) x 200 (H) pixels. The enforcement of this rule is rather relaxed, but oversize pictures will make you lose the right to have a signature.
   2. Font-sizes may not be bigger than size 4.
10. Miscellaneous Stuff
    1. We reserve the right to change these rules at any time without notifying you.
    2. Fake linking (for example, a banner or text link to a well known website linking to a shock or affiliate website) is forbidden and will make you lose the right to have a signature.
    3. Try not to request on your first post.
    4. You may not post, look at content posted by other members, or otherwise participate, if you represent, or are, a lawyer or content owner of material and you express the need to have the content removed (Cease & Desist). Violations will result in a permanent ban and IP ban.

Lastly, please enjoy your stay at the forums. These are just some basic rules but the enforcement is, in general, very relaxed. Please just don't act like a complete asshole. Thanks!
