Actually there's alot of factors that turns people on.
First, let's look at Mrs Okudaira. She has big breasts, very tsunade and she wears lingeries. LOL well, not that we seen her wear them but we did see pictures drawn by people that she does. Pluys her lines 'Onegai' are very sexy.
Secondly in Kathy's case, quite a good number of people like neko girls. nyah lines gives off an appeal and the idea of yanking her tail to butt fuck her is always a big plus. Also, I dont think she is that flat so i can give her middle sized breasts. I cant give her the big breast size.
